1. Overview

This Refunds and Returns Policy applies to all services provided by Nimsat Web Technology, including but not limited to web design, web development, graphic design, branding, and related digital services. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

Our services are custom, bespoke, and created based on the specific instructions and requirements provided by each client. As such, refunds and returns are not offered once work has commenced.

2. Nature of Services

All services provided by Nimsat Web Technology are:

  • Custom-made and tailored to the client’s specifications

  • Non-tangible digital services

  • Developed based on client-approved instructions and scope of work

Because the work is uniquely created for each client, it cannot be resold, reused, or returned.

3. Deposits and Payments

  • A deposit is required to secure a booking and commence work.

  • The deposit confirms the client’s acceptance of the project scope, timeline, and this policy.

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment terms.

Once a deposit has been paid, development time and resources are allocated to the project, and the work is considered officially in progress.

4. No Refund Policy

Nimsat Web Technology does not offer refunds or returns, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind by the client

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences

  • Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide content, feedback, or approvals

  • Business, financial, or personal circumstances of the client

Refunds will not be issued for completed work, partially completed work, or work in progress.

5. Client Instructions and Scope of Work

  • All projects are completed strictly according to the initial instructions and agreed scope of work provided by the client.

  • Clients may not change instructions or project direction mid-development, as this constitutes a new scope and a fundamentally different project.

  • Any request that significantly alters the original instructions will require:

    • A revised quote, and

    • A new timeline, and

    • Possible additional payment

6. Changes and Revisions

  • Minor changes or revisions may be considered only at our discretion.

  • Any changes approved are based on our availability, practicality, and convenience.

  • We reserve the right to refuse revision requests that fall outside the original scope of work.

Approval of any changes does not imply an obligation to accept future changes.

7. Project Approval and Sign-Off

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving designs, layouts, and deliverables during the development stages.

  • Once a phase or final deliverable is approved, it is considered accepted.

  • No refunds or reversals will be issued after approval has been granted.

8. Project Termination

If a client chooses to terminate a project after work has commenced:

  • All payments made remain non-refundable

  • Any completed or partially completed work remains the intellectual property of Nimsat Web Technology until full payment is received

9. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may only be considered in exceptional cases where:

  • Nimsat Web Technology is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal fault

Any such consideration is at our sole discretion and does not set a precedent for future cases.
